My client is manufacturer of home automation controls and is looking for a Customer Service Director to maintain and develop their ability to provide world class service to their installers and end user customer base. After huge success within the Belgian market, this position will provide a great opportunity for the candidate to drive the efforts and shape the success of the business in other markets across Europe.

The Role:

Based in Northern Belgium, the goal will be to create a centralised customer service function to provide top level customer service within the 11 countries that the company is active in. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 35 people and will lead that team on customer support and delivery, as well as business analysis and developing strategy.

The role will be pivotal in supporting the sales and operational efforts required to achieve the goals in place to become a number one provider of home
automation controls in Europe.
