70-80k base, 220k OTE (Uncapped) and Executive Package

You hear it constantly. Market leaders, leading providers, best in the industry. It’s almost a pre-requisite for every job advert that’s ever been written, but in this case, my client really is!!

They offer a Marketing leading Solution (there it is look) in Traffic Management, Crash Detection and  Telematics Software, in which 2/3 of the Global Market is serviced by them. They operate at £200 million per annum, are cash flow positive and are constantly achieving 20% growth year on year, and to continue this growth pattern, they’re looking to bolster their senior sales team with an additional revenue generator.

The Need

We’re looking for a proven closer. Someone who, with the help of the internal lead generators and the marketing team, will source, develop and close new business at companies with a minimum fleet space of 250 vehicles so….

  • If you are proficient with managing multiple stakeholders
  • Competent and time served in selling an ROI solution programme, not just a product/hardware/component seller
  • Have a demonstrable track record of selling 3-5 year deals in the fleet industry
  • Quota hitter
  • Are used to a longer sales gestation, rather than a ‘quick win’ environment……
