Crimson have partnered with one of the world’s largest and most innovative air conditioning manufacturers in search of a National Account Manager to reinforce the brand name in the residential market and assist in their expansion within the US.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the account management of distributors and resellers, selling PTAC equipment across the United States.
Ideally based out of New York or New Jersey, the candidate will establish and develop relationships with key accounts to generate revenue and profitability and meet strategic objectives assigned to those accounts. To work in conjunction with customers and internal operations to supply sales forecasts, meet ongoing customer needs and expectations, coordinate company resources and lead solution development efforts based on those customer needs. Acting as the segment expert in professional AC and distribution channels with operational and strategic oversight of efforts to hit increasingly challenging targets in new account development.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience of residential/light commercial equipment and is someone who has managed distribution channels. The candidate will be a tenacious individual and someone who has demonstrated an ability to develop revenue on more than one occasion, who is able to generate new and nurture existing professional relationships.
Ultimately, they will also be someone that will have the confidence to come in and take ownership of the segment and implement processes where required to drive growth.
