We are looking for an individual with experience in the Automation or Material Handling industry to become the VP of Sales in North America for one of the largest family owned Global Warehouse & Logistics Automation Businesses. Key Responsibilities:

As well as managing and growing a national team of sales professionals, as a VP of sales you will also be responsible for growing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will develop short- and long-term targets, coordinate all marketing and sales strategies, analyse data to develop Costings and sales methods, and promote company standard policies and procedures.

Knowledge and skills required:

We are looking for candidates with excellent English, a Master’s in engineering or Business Administration, an ability to sell a complex and bespoke solution, and at least ten years’ experience in a senior sales position with strong leadership skills.
