01 Our commitment

Crimson Talent LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website (crimsontalent.com) and to our recruiting services.

Accessibility is not a checkbox; it is a core requirement of the work we do. As a recruiting firm placing candidates across all backgrounds, we believe our own digital tools must be usable by every candidate — including those who navigate the web with screen readers, keyboard-only inputs, magnifiers, switch devices, or alternative input methods.

Need an accommodation? If any part of our website or process is not working for you, contact us at accessibility@crimsontalent.com or call +1 (888) 472-7466. We will respond within two business days and provide a workaround or remediation.

02 Conformance standard

Our website is designed to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the US Department of Justice in ADA Title III enforcement and is widely adopted as the practical benchmark for accessible web content.

We also reference Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) where applicable to our cross-border operations.

03 Accessibility features

The following accessibility features are present throughout our website:

3.1 — Visual design

  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text);
  • No information is conveyed by color alone; we always pair color with text labels, icons, or shapes;
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
  • Focus indicators are visible and high-contrast on all interactive elements.

3.2 — Keyboard & navigation

  • All functionality is operable through a keyboard alone (Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, Arrow keys);
  • Logical tab order follows the visual reading order;
  • Skip-to-content links are provided on multi-section pages;
  • No keyboard traps exist on any page;
  • The site honors browser-level user preferences such as prefers-reduced-motion.

3.3 — Screen readers & structure

  • Semantic HTML5 elements (nav, main, article, aside, section) are used throughout;
  • Heading levels (h1 through h4) follow a logical, sequential hierarchy;
  • ARIA labels and roles are provided for interactive elements;
  • All images include descriptive alt attributes (or empty alt for purely decorative content);
  • Form fields have associated labels, helper text, and inline error messaging.

3.4 — Multimedia

  • Video content (when used) includes synchronized captions and descriptive transcripts;
  • Audio content includes a complete text transcript;
  • Auto-playing media is disabled by default.

04 Assistive technology

Our website is tested and known to be compatible with the following assistive technologies on recent operating systems and browsers:

Assistive technologyTested with
VoiceOver (macOS, iOS)Safari, Chrome
NVDA (Windows)Firefox, Chrome, Edge
JAWS (Windows)Chrome, Edge
TalkBack (Android)Chrome
Dragon NaturallySpeakingChrome
Browser zoom & magnifiersAll major browsers, up to 400%

If you use an assistive technology not listed and encounter difficulties, please let us know — we want to know about it.

05 Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We currently have the following known limitations and active remediation plans:

  • Interactive US map: the geographic markers on our "Our Offices" map use SVG with keyboard support, but voice-control of the markers requires a tab-based fallback. An accessible text-only office list is provided immediately below the map.
  • Third-party embeds: Google Maps iframes (used for individual office locations) inherit Google’s own accessibility implementation, which is outside our direct control.
  • Live chat widget: if you use our live chat, we recommend Chrome or Edge with NVDA for the best experience.

We are actively working to address each of these and welcome reports of additional issues.

06 Third-party content

Our website may include content, embeds, or links from third parties (such as Google Maps, partner logos, or career portals operated by client employers). These are governed by the accessibility practices of their respective providers, over which Crimson Talent has limited control. We make a best-effort selection of third-party providers that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we will work with you to provide an accessible alternative for any third-party content you cannot access.

07 Feedback & assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion for improvement, please contact us:

  • Email: accessibility@crimsontalent.com
  • Phone: +1 (888) 472-7466 · option "Accessibility & Accommodations"
  • Mail: Crimson Talent LLC, Attn: Accessibility Officer, 1345 Avenue of the Americas, 33rd Floor, New York, NY 10105

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two (2) business days and to provide a remediation, workaround, or accessible alternative within fifteen (15) business days, depending on complexity.

08 Formal complaints

If you believe we have not adequately addressed an accessibility concern, you may file a formal complaint with:

  • The US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division — www.ada.gov or 1-800-514-0301 (voice) / 1-800-514-0383 (TTY);
  • Your state Attorney General’s office;
  • For California residents: the California Civil Rights Department at calcivilrights.ca.gov.

09 Ongoing improvement

Our accessibility program is continually evolving. We:

  • Conduct quarterly automated accessibility audits using axe DevTools and WAVE;
  • Engage independent accessibility consultants for annual manual audits;
  • Train all designers and engineers on accessibility best practices as part of onboarding;
  • Include accessibility acceptance criteria in every new feature specification;
  • Welcome and act on feedback from users of assistive technology.

This statement was last reviewed and updated in April 2026 and is reviewed at least annually.
